If you would like to book the Postbox for your wedding or event, the first step is to check availability using the form on the right. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability and let you know the next steps for sending payment and securing your booking.

 

We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, especially for bank holidays and summer weekends.

HIRE

  Standard 24 hour hire | £45

The standard hire period generally runs from the morning of your wedding to the morning after. Subject to availability we may be able to extend your hire period (e.g to cover the evening before your wedding too, if you are setting the room up the night before).

DELIVERY

​

We can deliver the postbox to your venue or home address within approx 20 miles of Brighton & Hove or Uckfield* - there is a small charge to cover transport time and costs as detailed below.  You may alternatively collect and drop back the Postbox to us to avoid any delivery charge. We are based in Uckfield, East Sussex as shown on map below. Collection/drop-off also available in central Brighton during weekdays.

 

* We regret that we do not deliver further than 20 miles from Brighton or Uckfield.  However, if you are getting married further afield, do have a think about whether you, a family member or wedding party member lives within the area and may be able to take the Postbox to the venue - we have arranged this many times in the past.

  Zone 1 Delivery (within Brighton & Hove/Uckfield) | FREE

 Venues in this area include The Grand Hotel Brighton, The Hilton Brighton Metropole Hotel, Holiday Inn Brighton, Brighton Racecourse, The Coach House, Hotel Du Vin Brighton, Stanmer House, Hove Cricket Ground, Pangdean Barn, Angel House, The East Sussex National, Broyle Place, Buxted Park.

  Zone 2 Delivery (within 10 miles of Brighton/Uckfield) | £15

This covers Newhaven, Lewes, Burgess Hill, Worthing, Hailsham, Crowborough. Venues in this area include Lewes Castle, Pelham House, Hosted Place, Shelleys Hotel, Wiston House, Hendall Manor Barns.

  Zone 3 Delivery (within 20 miles of Brighton/Uckfield) | £30

This covers Horsham, East Grinstead, Crowborough, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells. Venues in this area include South Lodge Hotel, Slaugham Place, Deans Place Hotel, Wickwoods Hotel & Country Club, Bluebell Vineyard Estates, Blackstock Farm, Long Furlong Barn, Alexander House Hotel, The Grand Hotel Eastbourne, Langshott Manor, Effingham Park Hotel, Felbridge Hotel & Spa, Gravetye Manor,  The Spa Hotel Tunbridge Wells, Salomons Estate, Hotel Du Vin Tunbridge Wells.
